LIMITED EDITION PRINTS

Shipping for unframed, limited edition prints is a flat rate within Australia.

Editions purchased unframed are dispatched in tubes with archival protective tissue. Please handle the prints with care. It is suggested that cotton gloves be worn when handling the unframed artwork.

We charge a flat rate of $40 for the delivery of a single unframed artwork in a tube, within Australia. An additional 50% is charged for each additional artwork in the same delivery.

Collection from the studio in Bardon, Brisbane’s inner West is also available. Please select ‘CUSTOMER PICK UP’ on check out.

If you wish to have your fine art edition framed prior to delivery, please contact us when making your purchase for a quote on framing and delivery.

Deliveries are made by Courier service and must be signed for on receipt. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address and a phone number. Delivery includes insurance.

Delivery times vary depending on time of year and destination, however they are usually received within 10 days of being sent. Your order will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

Shipping for original artworks will vary depending on size, weight, framing and destination.

The cost of shipping will be calculated and added at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We ship worldwide, and prices vary based upon size and weight of artwork and location. Please contact us to inquire about international shipping, and obtain a quote for shipping to your location.

Any additional charges, such as import duties, taxes or customs fees are not included in the delivery fee or print price and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

SHIPPING TIMING

All works are normally dispatched within 7 business days. We will contact you if we anticipate a delay in dispatch or delivery. International delivery time-frame is based upon location and an estimate will be provided upon receipt of your order. Delays may occur where editions need signing or reprinting.

RETURNS

We do not offer 'change of mind' returns or exchanges, so please choose carefully. If there are any concerns with your order, please contact us directly on the email provided.

We take every care to ensure that the artworks are not damaged in transit, however damage occasionally occurs. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with details and photographs to discuss replacement or refund.
